The Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation together with the Government of Moscow will organize an International scientific and practical conference on: "Digitalization of electoral processes. Humanitarian dimension", which will take place in Moscow from 6 to 8 September 2019 in the hotel "Radisson collection, Moscow". Within the framework of the conference, the participants will be able to get acquainted with the innovations in the elections in the Russian Federation.
Heads of national election management bodies from 32 countries of Asia, Europe, Africa and Latin America, a number of international specialized organizations and electoral experts were invited to the conference.
The Conference organizers will provide the necessary visa support, accommodation and meals at the Radisson Collection hotel in Moscow, accompany delegations from and to the airport, and arrange for transportation in Moscow according to the program of the Conference.

About the elections on a single voting day in the Russian Federation >
A single voting day will be held on 8 September 2019.
More than 5 000 election campaigns at all levels and referendum campaigns in 85 constituent entities of the Russian Federation will be held on a single voting day in 2019. 4 regions will hold by-elections of deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the seventh convocation, 16 regions will hold elections of senior officials of subjects of the Russian Federation, 13 regions – elections of deputies of legislative (representative) bodies of state power, 3 regions – elections of heads of municipalities of administrative centers of subjects of the Russian Federation; 22 regions – elections of deputies of representative bodies of municipalities, as well as elections to local governments of municipal districts, urban and rural settlements. About 47 000 mandates and elected positions will be filled at elections of all levels. About 56 million citizens will be able to participate in the upcoming elections.

The participants of the Moscow International Scientific and Practical Conference will have the opportunity to learn about these experiments firsthand, to discuss current trends, challenges and solutions, as well as national approaches in the field of electronic means and voting methods.
