Alexander Klyukin, Member of the CEC of Russia: How to overcome the virus of mistrust in our society

In an article published in the Internet newspaper «Ridus», Member of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation Alexander Klyukin, having analyzed several years of theoretical discussions related to the electoral process in Russia, as well as the electoral practice, notes a strange pattern: no matter what innovations are proposed and introduced into our electoral processes, they are necessarily met with hostility, and sometimes harsh criticism, by a certain portion of analysts.
